The NHS list some helpful APPS covering anxiety, staying calm etc.


These can be helpful to be used when needed and offline


I remember taking myself out of the office at lunch to listen to an app in the car park (working in an office, remember those days?).

If/when we work in an office you always have the option of going on a walk, talking a loo break! and a non-fag break. If you are at home I guess you can find the same space?
