Anxiety - are you feeling it?

When conducting a clinical assessment for people one of the factors explored is entitled GAD7, that's generalised anxiety disorder. It can be a massive issue which paralyses life for many, from a feeling of weight on the chest in the morning to the feeling of never being able to relax.


What is significant now it when you look at the questions that can but not apply to the world now.


Some examples are;

How many times this week have you had the sense that something awful might happen?

Worring about different things.


Anxiety is normal, but it's when it is prolonged or out of contect it because an issue.


Like anxiety, with a helping hand this it can be managed.
